1.Why did you want to develop a garden room?

Having retired from my main business, I still had plenty of work to do and needed an office. I wanted somewhere peaceful without the intrusion of busy family life, but close enough to the home to be able to enjoy spending more time with my family the moment my work was done: an office in the garden.
