Sports pavilion and dementia day care centre for Shinfield parish

The project provides a 184m2 sports pavilion with 2 team changing rooms, officials changing, showers, a club room and a kitchen as well as a wider 22-place car parking and lighting scheme. The building has a canopy and dual-pitch standing seam roof with PV array. As well as providing sports facilities, the building is used as a daycare centre for dementia sufferers. The project was managed by the University of Reading on behalf of the Shinfield Parish Council. Price included parking area and external lighting.

Last year the pupils at Streatham & Clapham High School achieved their best-ever examination results, placing the school in the top 20% of independent schools nationally. Previously they had an old and tired building on the edge of their sports area so they wanted a modern, energy-efficient well-designed building to replace it. TG Escapes provided a sports pavilion with 2 changing areas, officials changing room, toilets and a kitchen.

Leisure and Well Being Sports Pavilion at Winnersh Triangle

Winnersh Triangle Business Park is a thriving business community with wellbeing at its heart. Acquired by Frasers Property in 2019 it provides agile workspaces for a diverse workforce and features stunning outdoor and green spaces. Frasers wanted to enhance the leisure facilities so TG Escapes provided a new sports hub working with S&C Slatters who designed the outdoor space including allotments, a living wall and a new Gen 2 sports pitch.
