Outdoor Matters at the Childcare Expo 30th September 2016

by Mark Brown | Sep 20, 2016 | Blog, Education

Running for its seventh consecutive year, the Midlands Childcare Expo will take place on 30th September and 1st October 2016 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. This popular event is an ideal opportunity for Early Years’ professionals to discover new ways to deliver childcare and to learn about the very latest resources now available to do the job effectively and efficiently, whatever their setting.

Update yourself on leading edge trends and views in the Early Years sector and return to your business feeling inspired, motivated and bursting with new ideas about how to maximise its potential. The two days will be packed with informative and thought provoking seminars from industry experts; interactive, hands-on workshops and relaxed networking opportunities.

There will also be, of course, ample opportunity to explore the thousands of innovative products and services being offered by a host of dedicated industry suppliers. Amongst those exhibiting will be TG Escapes: Matt is very much looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible at this exhibition  on his home turf.

A full list of speakers, exhibitors and workshops will be made available upon event registration, which is free of charge. However, to give you a taste of what is available, two hugely popular industry experts will be returning to impart their wisdom accumulated over a collective six decades of experience in the Early Years sector. Di Chilvers is one of the UK’s most respected trainers and educators, at the forefront of early childhood development. She will be joined by Gail Ryder Richardson who will speak about the importance of using the outdoor environment to support children’s learning and development.

Gail’s message that “Outdoor Matters” is one very close to our hearts at TG Escapes and, if it touches a cord with you, Matt would be delighted to tell you about how our eco-nurseries have been designed to easily and fluidly facilitate an outdoor learning experience. So head off to the Childcare Expo registration site, sign yourself up and start planning your programme: Matt is looking forward to seeing you there.
