by TG Escapes | Apr 14, 2014 | Blog, Education

The Academies Show 2014 is taking place on 30th April at the ExCel in London – is a free one-day dedicated to education excellence and the successful conversion and management of academies.

The Show is well-established as one of the largest education shows in the UK and benefits from essential support of the Department for Education, Education Funding Agency, National College for Teaching & Leadership – all of which will be on hand to give visitors free, focused advice.

Dedicated to leaders from ALL maintained schools and academies, the Show covers a variety of key topics including: funding and finance, pupil premium, curriculum, conversion, academy transformation, behaviour management, school food, governance, SEN, and more.

High profile education leaders including Lord Nash, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools and Peter Lauener, Chief Executive from Education Funding Agency are amongst the high profile speakers taking part on the day.

Furthermore, the show also provides a valuable opportunity for visitors to meet with over 3000 fellow school leaders from across the UK to network and share their knowledge and experiences about how to maximise the opportunities and freedom gained from converting to academy status. The Learning Escape are delighted to be amongst those on the exhibition floor – come and say hello and take a look at our outdoor, eco classrooms. Having recently been awarded BESA membership, we have a wealth of experience helping schools create learning environments that inspire and support young people, and their teachers, to engage and succeed.

Registration is free, simply click here to confirm your place or call 0161 200 8620.

We look forward to welcoming you there!
