2021 highlights at TG Escapes Modular Eco-Buildings

Dec 23, 2021 | Blog, General

What a year it has been.....
2021 has seen TG Escapes; double the size of our manufacturing and warehouse capacity bringing ‘posi joist’ manufacturing in house, recruit 11 new full-time staff, hand over 4300 square meters of timber frame buildings many of them net-zero in operation, secure over £8m of business already for 2022 and win Contractor of the Year!

We have joined the PassiveHaus Trust, AECB, TRADA, MPBA and the Structural Timber Association where thanks to the hard work of many members of our team we have been awarded with an outstanding Silver accreditation.

Our customer reviews continue to be strong and we are now rated 4.9 out of 5 based on 165 reviews.

We are currently working with The Carbon Trust in order to give our buildings the potential to be certified as net-zero in their lifetime. This will be available to customers in 2022.

We have been appointed to the Everything FM framework, an innovative new procurement solution enabling our customers to directly award a contract, reducing time and costs.

Perhaps the highlight of our year was our award for Contractor the Year at the Education Estates Awards. This is an incredible achievement by the whole team and is a testament to the innovative projects we are delivering for the education estates community.

Our team are now taking a well-earned break returning fully renewed on the 4th Jan.

Happy festive season and new year to all!
