For those of you working in the independent school sector, you will already be enjoying your well-earned summer break, whilst those in the state sector will be keenly looking forward to yours. Time to recharge the batteries and reflect on the year’s triumphs and tribulations: hopefully many more of the former.

One of the most common reasons why people move house is the need for more space. It could be that the family is growing in number, whether from the bottom up with a blossoming brood, or from the top down with elderly parents in need of a little of hands on TLC.
