Mental Health Champion for Schools

One of the first tangible actions undertaken by the Department for Education this new school year, has been its appointment of a mental health champion for schools, Natasha Devon, MBE. She is to spearhead a campaign to raise awareness of, and reduce the stigma around, young people’s mental health which is in a sorry state.

Building Futures Conference

The DRB Ignite team will be hosting the fifth Building Futures conference on 16th and 17th September at the Birmingham NEC, and the Learning Escape are looking forward to running an exhibition stand in the event’s Marketplace.

Cambridge University Botanic Gardens Eco-Classroom

We have recently completed a project that we thought we would share with you, as it was right up our street, so to speak. The Cambridge University Botanic Garden has a long standing commitment to groups seeking gardening inspiration, an introduction to the natural world or an escape into an oasis of calm and beauty.
