Eco-Classroom in Wolverhampton

Building type: Classrooms
Project price: £79,000
Completion date: 2015

1.Why did you want to develop an outdoor learning space?

We wanted to create a learning environment at West Park Primary School that would stimulate pupils and teachers to achieve great things, giving the children exciting learning opportunities in a space that provides a connection with the outdoors. We also wanted to open the doors to parents and the wider community, allowing us to work with them in new ways.

2.What made The Learning Escape stand out from other providers?

We were attracted by the sharp, quality designs and great reviews on the website and, once we got in touch with them, the competitive price.

3.What are the biggest benefits you’ve noticed for the pupils and your school?

Everyone wants to go in the eco-room. The pupils find it a tranquil zone which is quite an achievement next to an extremely busy road. It has also provided quality space for staff training and community groups and it is great to have a dedicated space to further parental engagement, which we believe is vital to improving outcomes for the children

4.How did you find working with The Learning Escape overall?

A super experience with a highly professional team. 5 stars.
